We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join us as a Talent Coordinator, playing a key role in scaling and growing our specialized team.

What will your day look like?

As our new Talent Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving and optimizing the talent acquisition and development process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough CV reviews, screening calls, and interviews.
  • Coordinating and setting up interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Updating and streamlining our talent databases.
  • Managing contractual processes, documentation, and onboarding procedures.
  • Planning, scoping, and implementing various recruitment programs and initiatives.
  • Addressing administrative challenges related to our office, region, and talent acquisition.
  • Preparing insightful reports and conducting data analyses on recruitment metrics.
  • Assisting with employee development and training projects.

What do you bring to the table?

We seek a problem-solving enthusiast with a knack for connecting the right talent with exciting opportunities. Ideally, you possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent coordination, HR, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing and optimizing recruitment processes.
  • Strong networking skills, including the organization and coordination of onsite recruitment events and job fair presence.
  • Skilled at recruitment marketing, ad spend, targeting, reach and optimization on all relevant digital platforms
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking and HR metrics.
  • Full language proficiency in both Thai and English
